If you choose the silver or gold subscription level, you will be able to record a voice message to be stored in the QR code. When the QR code is scanned in an emergency, the person who has scanned the code will be prompted to play the recorded message to the band wearer. This is particularly useful if the band wearer is likely to suffer from anxiety.
If you choose the silver or gold subscription level, an SMS will automatically be sent to all your ICE contacts if the QR code on the band is scanned in an emergency. The text message will read “[Name]’s QR code has been emergency scanned.” The text will also advise either the venue where the emergency scan took place (if the wearer is checked into a venue) or the latitude and longitude of the scan if the band is emergency scanned when manually unlocked. An SMS will also be sent to all your ICE contacts when an emergency incident at a venue is closed.
