Participant check in
Once a participant is checked in, you can change their zone or check them out of the club, venue or event by rescanning their band. Be sure to select the zone you want to move them to from the drop-down menu before scanning their band.
Select “update zone” or “check out” as appropriate.
This is where participants are checked into and out of club, venue or event zones.
Select the zone you want to check the participant into from the drop-down menu before scanning the QR code on their band.
Once the QR code has been scanned, press the check in button to check the participant in.
