Sports Guardian club, venue and event app
When you register with Sports Guardian, our team will set up your venue zones for you (e.g. Reception, Swimming area 1, Swimming area 2, Clubhouse) and staff logins to the venue app. The bronze level of the app is free. You have the option to upgrade to the silver or gold subscription levels†, which offer free guest bands and additional functionality (see page 21). You can upgrade your subscription level at any time.

App log in
The home screen shows the total number of participants and the number of participants per zone.
On opening the app, you can choose to log in as staff or athlete and can select which venue zone you are in from the drop-down menu.

to log into the venue app

Participant tracking
Click on the → next to any zone to see a list of participants.
†Silver and gold subscription levels offering additional benefits and functionality will be available by Q4 2022. We’ll let you know when these go live.
